- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

- You must not attempt to manipulate or misuse the Aadhaar authentication system.

- We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the hotel booking or check-in process caused by incorrect user information.

- We do not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms and are not responsible for any issues related to hotel policies.

- In case of technical failures, we will strive to resolve issues promptly, but we do not assume liability for any disruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

- You provide false or misleading information.

- You misuse the app or engage in fraudulent activities.

- You violate any terms outlined in this agreement.

- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

- Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
